You won't believe the mess I've been dealing with! So, I tried to contact the president of Americor after being told by their customer service. No response whatsoever. Later, I found out through some contacts that Credit9 isn’t even associated with Americor. Why send me on a wild goose chase if they knew it wasn’t the right place?
Yesterday, Credit9’s collection agent said my balance would've been $683 if I hadn’t missed two payments. But the truth is, it should’ve been around $170-180 because this month was supposed to be my last payment. Now, it's a whopping $1283! They can have their blood money, but I'm done with these shady practices. To anyone reading this, look elsewhere for help. Don’t get ripped off by these companies.
