I am really dissatisfied with Branch right now. There were 2 unauthorized withdrawals from my account. I filed disputes as recommended, but it took 2 weeks to get a reply because there's no phone number to actually talk to someone. Everything is handled via email. I was told my claims were rejected because I had no paperwork. Obviously. The money was withdrawn from my account without my permission, and the transaction shows the PIN was bypassed. I'm still waiting for a reply to my appeal against their decision. The worst customer service ever!!!
