    So, here's what happened. I signed up with Branch banking because I needed it for this delivery job with ReturnMates. Thing is, I never ended up working with them. No money ever went into that account, and there was really no reason for Branch to contact me. But guess what? They've been emailing me every week for months. It's like spam central over here. I keep trying to unsubscribe, but no one picks up the phone, and the customer service just emails back asking if I'm really sure I want to close the account. They even want sensitive info to do that! Why should I trust a company that can't handle a simple unsubscribe? I never even used their services! Avoid giving them your money or even your email.
