Julia was quite patient and supportive. I missed our first phone call because of issues beyond my control, but she quickly arranged another call that went well. Everything's been fine with the initial setup

Everything's been fine with the initial setup, funding, and my account rep, Owen Doherty, has been quite helpful with instructions and resources. Transfers take a bit longer than I would prefer, but with no fees and interest, it's not a big deal. I really like the sub-account feature for saving funds for taxes, payrolls, and more.
