I've mostly been satisfied with their services, but it often depends on who you talk to. The app hardly functions. Recently, a family member requested a change in their auto insurance (storing car in another state), and somehow, the agent ended up canceling MY auto insurance instead. I didn’t realize this for months, which was very upsetting to discover.

My last experience with USAA has been disappointing. Despite expediting the shipping for a new card, they took three days just to ship it, leaving me without access to my funds for over a week. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering the urgency I expressed. It's concerning to see a decline in the level of service from a bank I once trusted.

I was with USA for more than 30 years.

I was with USA for more than 30 years. It used to be a great company until they replaced service with AI. Now no one knows what is going on and give you canned answers that explain nothing. I moved everything over to another company. It is sad when a company that is supposed to support service members stops providing service.

Sent one email nd one letter before cancelling my policy

Sent one email nd one letter before cancelling my policy. No phone calls, please no text nothing. Then wanted double the previous payment to reinstate it, the quote for which they were more than willing to mg to text me. They don't care about veterans in anyway shape or form.
