I sent $30 on April 1st, and after waiting 8 days, I gave them my ID like they asked, and my account got approved. But today they want the receiver’s ID, and I don't have it. It's like they keep asking for stuff without any real explaination. I called support two days ago, and they said the money would go through by today, but now they want more info again. It's hard to understand what's going on, and the wait just keeps going. This isn't the kind of help I was looking for, and I wouldn’t tell others to use it after this.

The customer service team is blow the average. I am really disappoint with the fact that I have been waiting a refund of transection which I make in Dec/19/2024 and since now tI have not received my Money its very bad experience.
