The payment verification process was excruciatingly slow, and their inability to handle a common issue – a lengthy Chinese company name – led to multiple failed attempts. The subsequent communication loop was frustrating, with promises of resolutions followed by repeated failures. Chasing updates for 11 days yielded no apologies for the significant delays and poor service. Veem's unimpressive execution makes it a risky choice, particularly for transactions involving China.
