The company really helped me

The company really helped me out when I needed to set up a brokerage account for my SDIRA LLC. B.F. was the only one who knew how to do it. Alex guided me through each step, and I could reach him by phone or email whenever I had questions. He even checked over my forms to ensure they were filled out correctly. Their customer service was excellent!

I rang up with a basic question. Their system said they were busy and promised to return my call. Joel called, but I missed it, so he left a message with his details. I called back later, he picked up, and we chatted briefly. He clarified my query. I wish all customer service was as straightforward as this!
