It's kinda weird to see they got such

It's kinda weird to see they got such a low score here given my own experiences. Like many others, I'm on benefits so I can only speak on my dealings with them... I don't really visit the branch often but when I do, it's usually the drive-thru. The Denver West branch at Colorado Mills opened my account and the Lakewood, Golden, and Evergreen, CO branches have all been great. They always greet me by name and are pretty accommodating. I tend to dispute a lot because I'm fed up with getting messed over by big companies. They always handle my disputes with understanding and agree with me. Whenever I call the national number, they're always nice and helpful. They haven't said "no" to me yet. For banks, they're pretty good...for banks. If anything changes, I'll let you know. Thanks for being cool, US Bank!!! Mike ps This is not a fake review. I am a real person, frustrated with my recent dealings and disputes!

I'm extremely disappointed with this company. I deposited a check, but despite my banking app showing approval and availability, they placed it on a 7-day hold. Consequently, my bills triggered overdrafts, leading to a negative balance. Despite their error, they charged me $144 in overdraft fees, with only $72 refundable. The explanation provided was vague, and their handling of the situation was frustrating and unsatisfactory. This experience has left me with a negative impression, prompting me to close my account immediately.

With a credit score above 800 and zero debt, I applied to U.S. Bank, only to face a disheartening experience. Customer service, notably Chantel, exhibited extreme rudeness, leading me to withdraw my application in frustration. Fortunately, Chase proved more accommodating, extending an 80k credit limit across three cards. U.S. Bank's lackluster service left me questioning their credibility. A regrettable encounter and a stark contrast to the seamless experience offered by other institutions like Chase.

US Bank's inability to send my title or release of lien after five years of loan repayment is concerning. Despite four calls, they consistently send documents to the wrong address, failing to rectify the issue as promised each time. This persistent error in basic communication casts a shadow on the overall reliability of their customer service.

The customer service has been OK

The customer service has been OK in trying to sort my issues, but nobody can fix it. Plus, the system's messed up due to updates, so my account's all messed up too! Every time I check, the balance is off, showing purchases from dates that haven't even come yet! It's frustrating! The bank needs to improve online banking for sure!

I give this company no stars if possible. I can't say enough bad. Their fees are huge; $4,000 in fees in under 2 years! Avoid this bank!
