I like their website for info and all the papers gathered, really simple to use and talk. My loan guide Jacob was great to work with, was clear and honest on what to expect to move the application through checks. The Renofi lead worker Sam was good help to get through the process. I appreciate the fast connection speed. Despite the strong promotion on your site about complete access to AutoBooks, I was let down by the rep’s lack of knowledge. He just told me I needed to contact AutoBooks myself and handed me their contact details.
