The shipping communication was vague, leaving me unsure which day the courier would actually show up. When the boxes arrived, the driver dropped them in the downstairs hallway and left immediately. Hauling the heavy parcels up the stairs alone was exhausting, and during unboxing, I noticed a tear in the fabric lining underneath the headboard. I reached out to beds.co.uk customer service through their contact page to report the damage and ask for advice. Reaching an actual agent took patience, and the back-and-forth messaging moved slowly. In the end, they offered an option to resolve the issue without a full return, but the lack of prompt support made an already frustrating delivery day harder than it needed to be. As for the bed itself, once assembled, the frame feels sturdy and the lifting mechanism works as intended, but the patchy delivery and slow support mean the overall service quality was mixed at best.
