Got the lights super fast, but the switch took almost an extra week to show up. Tried using the hand wave switch, but some lights just wouldn't turn on. Ended up using the timer button, which meant waving the remote around to get all the lights working. The lights flashed to show the timer was on, but not all at once—kinda annoying, but at least they were on. Covered the hand wave sensor since it was unreliable. Battery life was shorter than expected, had to charge them twice a week. Setting a timer helped save battery, which was handy since I often forgot and left the lights on. Return process? Not great. Didn't realize I'd have to pay for return shipping. Sent them back over a week ago, USPS says delivered, but still no refund. Reached out to customer support again. Wanted these for under cabinet lighting, but brightness, battery, and switch were disappointing.
