    I bought two of these, and it’s been a rollercoaster. The first one had packaging so weak that when I followed the "push here" instruction, the thing just crashed to the floor. Total bummer. Then, with the second one, I thought I'd be extra cautious during installation, but the flint was so fragile it snapped right away. Can you believe that? Now, I’m out over $100 and extra cash for installation, and my oven’s still not working. I’m really stuck here and need some help to sort this mess out. If anyone’s listening, I’d appreciate a solution.

    I walked into the store feeling a bit unsure, but wow, was I impressed! The prices were surprisingly good, definitely better than what I've seen elsewhere. The best part? I was able to pick it up the very same day. The staff there were super friendly and helpful, making me feel like a valued customer. Honestly, I haven't had customer service this good in a long time. It was a refreshing experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

    The piece looks luxe and the LED glow is smooth, not harsh. I felt oddly confident drilling in the mounts because the instructions were simple and idiot-proof.
