Three years ago, my wife

Three years ago, my wife and I bought matching Wave Hybrid Mattresses (Twin XLs) and the Casper Adjustable Pro bed frame. Hers is fine, but mine has been a headache. The mattress started sagging in the middle, even though we rotate it as directed. Trying to get help from Casper was a nightmare. Fernando, the email guy, was always nice but getting anything resolved was impossible. Casper kept asking for photos and measurements, dragging the process out for over a month. In the end, they just suggested rotating the mattress or buying a topper. So frustrating, especially for a premium product. I'll be tossing this mattress and looking for a new brand. Avoid Casper if you want quality sleep. ~Paul from Idaho.

Been dealing with this company

Been dealing with this company since April, and it's been a nightmare. Ordered some stuff, but it never showed up. They keep saying they'll refund me, but it's all talk and no action. Feels like they're just stringing me along. No excuses, they straight up took my money and delivered nothing. Every time I reach out, they promise, but nothing changes. I'm so frustrated. It's like they’re just ignoring me now. Totally fed up with this whole mess.

First time buying a boxed mattress

First time buying a boxed mattress, what a pleasant surprise! After years, still love it. Worth every cent! No annoying smells right out of the box, which is a relief for someone sensitive like me.

I liked my Caspr pillow.. for about a year.

I liked my Caspr pillow.. for about a year. The idea was neat having a pillow inside a down cover, but it eventually became very lumpy like other pillows. Oh well. Back to Costco pillows.

The adjustable base lasted 3.5 years. We were told it was covered under the warranty, but it's not. Disappointed in the base's quality and bad customer service. Avoid purchasing.
