I placed an order for knitted cotton gloves, expecting them to be "in stock" as advertised. Unfortunately, I received an email two days later stating otherwise. This led to a significant delay of almost 4 weeks before receiving my order. The extended timeframe was frustrating, especially since I was seeking a reliable vendor for our company's glove needs.
