    My order and delivery of water filter cartridges was done quickly and easily. The items were the exact match as replacements and very inexpensive. I will order again when needed.

    I tried out this plant company, and it was quite a ride. Ordered a couple of plants, right? But then bam, winter storm hits just as they were on their way. When they arrived, they looked like they’d been through a battle—totally lifeless. Reached out to customer service, and they were super chill. After sharing a few photos, they promised to send replacements. Didn't take long before I received two fresh plants. Now, they're thriving and add such a nice vibe to my space. It's nice when a company actually stands by their word and makes things right. Definitely a fan now!

    I had this plant issue, and let me tell you, Taylor and Diana were amazing. I got this new plant, and it wasn't looking too great. I reached out, and those two were on it in no time. They were super quick and really knew their stuff. Before I knew it, they had everything sorted and were already sending me a new plant. It felt like they genuinely cared about fixing the problem and making sure I was happy. It's rare to find customer service like that these days. It's a relief knowing they got my back if anything goes wrong. Thanks to them, I'm sticking with this company for sure.
