I tried ordering a gift from this Thai company, thinking it would be a nice surprise. Big mistake. The delivery date came and went, and still no package. I was patient, figuring maybe it was just a delay, but after days of waiting, it was clear something was wrong. I emailed them several times, hoping for any kind of update or explanation, but got nothing. It's like they vanished into thin air. It's frustrating to feel ignored like this. Honestly, I wish I could give them zero stars for how bad the experience was. Never ordering from them again, that's for sure.

I went to this little plant shop, super excited to bring home some greenery. I picked out three nice-looking plants, followed all the care instructions, watering them just right and giving them plenty of sunshine. But, sadly, two of them didn’t make it. Now I'm left with just one, and I'm really hoping it pulls through. It’s kind of disappointing, especially when you think you’re doing everything right. I honestly think I might have better luck grabbing a few plants from a big store like Lowe’s or Walmart next time. It's a bummer when things don't work out how you planned, but I guess that's part of the journey with plants.

I got a couple of small plants with a gift voucher, and let me tell you, they came packaged so nicely. The plants themselves looked super healthy and just lovely. Watering them is a breeze too; you just add water to the pots, and you're good to go. It's been about two weeks now, and they still look fantastic, which I'm pretty thrilled about. They also included some handy care tips, which was a nice touch. Overall, I'm really pleased with how everything turned out. It's been a delightful little experience, and I'm even thinking about expanding my tiny plant collection soon.
