    I ordered flowers Monday morning for same day delivery. Got an email Monday evening that delivery would be Tuesday. A chatbot confirmed that my order was being prepped, and tracking showed out for delivery on Tuesday. Nothing delivered. Used the tracking page to cancel the order as it was too late now. Also contacted to get a call back, said the wait time was 2-8 minutes, but never got the call. Next day they said it was out for delivery (again) and couldn't be canceled even though I had submitted to be cancelled the day before. Multiple run arounds with chatbots and automatic replies, but couldn't get a hold of anyone who could actually help as three days after it was supposed to be delivered wasn't going to work. Don't order from here. They promise and never deliver, and it's impossible to get actual service.

    We ordered 21.5x21.5x1 and received 22x22. Need to return. Not happy. Customer service was not very cooperative

    Filter is fine, exactly what I ordered, it just took much longer than expected to arrive which was disappointing.
