    Avoid this company! They are not reputable and do not honor their word when it comes to returns or refunds. I reached out four times regarding a defective pendant and patiently waited for their response. Their last email asked if I wanted a replacement or refund—I clearly replied requesting a return and refund for the unbalanced, slanted pendant. That was four days ago, and I’ve received no reply since. They are clearly ignoring the issue. Save yourself the headache and don’t order from them unless you’re willing to risk receiving a faulty product with zero support. For transparency, I’ve saved a copy of their email in case they try to claim I never contacted them. Their message was sent on 9/11/25, and I responded the same day—and every day since—with no response. Dear Customer, thank you for your message We would can offer you a replacement package.     Real buyer, really happy with my order. The lights are good quality, simple to set up, really easy to install. I got 2.no up/down lights in black to show off artwork and side tables in master bedroom. I would suggest these to everyone, I like them so much, I have bought more products for other rooms.

    So I ordered beds from another company waited 2 days then had to cancel so slept on the floor . I ordered from this company put in order ,call right away I was assured delivery next day so I won't sleep on the floor. Next day I am given a slot and I am happy but by after 11am I am told my order is for next day . Me trying to call them back no one responds or picks up or says anything. So once again I sleeping on the floor while I beg someone please bring the beds as promised. Will wait and update this review.
