    I ordered a gift thinking it would arrive in a reasonable time frame, but it took 19 days! The item sat in a warehouse for almost a week before it even got shipped. If I’d known it would take this long, I wouldn’t have bought it. They claim it should take 2-4 days to process and 5-7 days for delivery, so I thought 11 days at most. But 19 days? That's just too long, especially when companies like Amazon and Wayfair can deliver in a few days. Unless timing isn't important to you, I can't really recommend this store. Pretty disappointed overall.

    I had a pretty smooth experience overall. The communication before delivery was solid, kept me in the loop. The instructions were straightforward, which made setup a breeze. The only hiccup was figuring out where to place the door opening sensor for it to work right. Turns out, it goes on the back of the door facing the frame—once I got that, it worked like a charm. One thing I didn’t care for was the breathing/music sync feature. Just felt kinda extra and not really something I’d use. Other than that, everything’s been great!
