    I got this product, and the whole experience was pretty smooth. The updates about the delivery were spot on, and the setup instructions were clear and easy to follow. I did hit a little bump, though, with the double-sided tape meant for securing the mounts under my shelves. It just didn’t hold as expected. Instead of getting frustrated, I grabbed some glue and secured everything down myself. Once that was sorted, everything came together perfectly. It’s always nice when you can find a quick fix and move on. Overall, pretty happy with how it turned out, even with that small hiccup.

    I've been getting plants from Easy Plant for a while now, and they've mostly been great. My last order, though, turned out a bit off. The plant started looking discolored and didn't seem to thrive like the others. Reached out to their customer service, and they were on it straight away. Didn't just offer advice or a discount—nope, they sent me a brand-new plant along with a pot. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares and takes action when things go wrong. It’s comforting to know they stand by their products. Easy Plant definitely knows how to keep a customer happy, even when things don't go as planned.

    I thought I'd surprise my partner with a special Pokémon card for Valentine's Day, so I ordered it on February 6th and even paid for expedited shipping. I reached out after waiting a week, and they quickly replied, apologizing and all. But now it's February 24th, and I've followed up multiple times with no response. It's been 12 business days since I ordered and 10 since I last heard from them. I'm starting to feel like I've been duped by this site. Honestly, it's super frustrating to be left in the dark like this. I'm considering taking legal action to sort this mess out.
