    The item I ordered did arrive, and it did get shipped. However, I was unaware it was coming from another state. This made me feel a bit uneasy since there were several bad reviews about this company online. I kept an eye on my tracking info, and they provided updates regularly, which made me feel better knowing there were actual shipping records. In general, it seems reliable, but you need to be patient. I can’t comment on other experiences since this is the only order I’ve made with them.

    I was unsure at first, and my sofa did take longer than I thought to get here (which is normal for large furniture orders in my experience), but the customer service always got back to me in less than a day with answers to my questions and was quite helpful. The delivery went well, and the sofa looks great and is strong. For my second order, I got the matching ottoman, which showed "limited stock," but it shipped in just about 48 hours. Can't be mad at that! It's set to come in a few days!
