    I used the site to compare zero-turn models by engine and deck build. Dealer locator worked well. One link to a diagram 404’d, but chat sent the PDF instantly. Good experience.

    I ordered something a couple weeks back, and it's been quite the journey. The package seemed to have taken a detour through USPS for two whole weeks, and now, out of the blue, it's apparently on its way back to the sender. I can't really wrap my head around what went wrong. It’s frustrating because I was really looking forward to getting my order. It feels like it vanished into some sort of postal black hole. I tried reaching out to customer service, but didn’t get much help. It’s a bit disappointing, and I’m left wondering if I’ll ever see what I ordered. Hopefully, this gets sorted out soon.
