    The customer service was really good, they replied to all emails and calls. They were clear about everything I needed to know. My couch was available and shipped really quick. Prices were fair, and the quality is amazing. I even suggested them to a friend right after I bought mine, and they ended up buying a couch as well! Great company

    I purchased a rattan garden set, but sadly it was out of stock, which meant I had to wait about 3 weeks for fresh stock. I spoke with Dawood, who recommended I go for a different colour and even gave me a discount because of the delay. He also managed to set up a quick delivery date for me!
