    After a curbside drop-off, we noticed a missing hardware bag once we opened the boxes. I called support and sent a quick photo. The rep owned it, placed the part order, and gave me a reference so I could track it. The hardware arrived and we finished assembly without another trip to the store. I would spring for in-home assembly next time, but their follow up was solid and took the stress out of it.

    Found a gorgeous chandelier and clicked buy, only to see a freight surcharge appear when I got to checkout. Delivery also slipped a bit past the estimate. The piece looks stunning installed, so no regrets there. I just wish the extra shipping costs were front and center sooner. If you’re shopping larger items, plan for possible surcharges and give the timeline a little wiggle room.
