I would recommend you to think twice before purchasing anything from this company. We ordered two desks from Home Depot. One was fine, but the other arrived damaged. We assembled one and returned the other to Home Depot, only to receive the same broken piece after reordering. We tried again, but the same issue happened for the third time. I contacted Home Depot and requested just the damaged part, and OJ Commerce responded quickly asking for pictures. However, they claimed the pictures weren't attached, so I had to send them multiple times. Later, I received a call offering a $25 refund if I kept the item. I refused, asking for the broken part. Not long after, I got several emails, one offering a $25 refund, and then another offering $98. They wanted me to dispose of the item, but that wasn’t acceptable. I explained again that I only wanted the broken part and mentioned that they didn’t have my credit card details. Despite that, I was told the refund was processed and nothing could be done. The customer service was terrible, and I don’t trust that I’ll ever receive the full refund. Avoid the hassle.
