Beware! Some of their products are defective! I bought an oral irrigator from them and because I didn’t use it often, I just noticed that it didn’t work properly! They refused to do anything even if I was in the month warranty! They just told me that it was from the date of purchase but it took over a week (11 days) for me to receive it which doesn’t make sense! Warranty should start when you receive the product! Will never buy again

I am really pleased to say that this company gave me great service from placing my order on their website to getting it delivered on time. I like the look and design their items bring to my home.
