I purchased a king size headboard from this company on Amazon, and while the product was shown in different shades of brown, the one I received was bright orange. I contacted the company for a return authorization, as Amazon required, and spent over 24 hours trying to get a response. They kept asking for more pictures, and insisted I unpack the whole item. I refused since their return policy clearly says it must be returned in its original packaging. I sent a picture that clearly showed the orange color, but they still insisted that I would have to pay for shipping, which was estimated at $280—more than the cost of the headboard itself! After a lot of back and forth, I decided to stop communicating with them and asked for my refund through Amazon instead. I would not recommend buying from them at all.

I would recommend you to think twice before purchasing anything from this company. We ordered two desks from Home Depot. One was fine, but the other arrived damaged. We assembled one and returned the other to Home Depot, only to receive the same broken piece after reordering. We tried again, but the same issue happened for the third time. I contacted Home Depot and requested just the damaged part, and OJ Commerce responded quickly asking for pictures. However, they claimed the pictures weren't attached, so I had to send them multiple times. Later, I received a call offering a $25 refund if I kept the item. I refused, asking for the broken part. Not long after, I got several emails, one offering a $25 refund, and then another offering $98. They wanted me to dispose of the item, but that wasn’t acceptable. I explained again that I only wanted the broken part and mentioned that they didn’t have my credit card details. Despite that, I was told the refund was processed and nothing could be done. The customer service was terrible, and I don’t trust that I’ll ever receive the full refund. Avoid the hassle.

Watch out for this untrustworthy company. They sell on Amazon. They advertised a table that was on sale and in stock, but then, I waited 5 days only to find out my order was cancelled. The Amazon rep informed me that they cancelled my order and then jacked up the price by $250 and put the table back up for sale. We don’t need these shady people ripping off customers.

I mistakenly placed an order and reached out to OJCommerce right away (within 5 minutes), but they refused to cancel it. The product was shipped, and I plan to return it through the carrier and my credit card company. WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with. It took days to get a response from them.
