The cardigan I got is what I thought it would be
by Carrie

The cardigan I got is what I thought it would be, fits good, and the stuff is good. It's good for dressing up or down, really flexible. Plus, I forgot to put in a discount code when I paid but customer service fixed it after. Good experience overall.

I'm glad I foungd LilySilk.
by Anita

I'm glad I foungd LilySilk. Their quality, style, and shared values appeal to me. The only downside is the long lead-time, but it aligns with their philosophy of zero waste. Overall, I'm content being their customer :)

I purchased the 22 Momme Terse
by Lonni Flynn

I purchased the 22 Momme Terse Envelope Silk Pillowcase for Christmas and am pleased with its quality and comfort. The Taupe color complements my off-white sheets nicely. However, the disappointment lies in the short envelope flap, making it challenging to secure my pillow compared to other cases. A slight improvement in design would have made it an ideal choice.

These pillowcases are legit
by Leilette

These pillowcases are legit beautiful and comfy, I'm loving the top-notch quality. Panic mode kicked in when I thought my Christmas gift order wouldn't make it on time. Shot a message to customer service, and bam, Connie swooped in like a superhero. Lightning-fast response, super kind, and tackled all my worries. Thanks to Connie, those pillowcases hit my doorstep in record time! Major shoutout to her – a total rockstar for your company!

Had to do the email dance
by Mady

Had to do the email dance a few times, but hey, eventually got a fair and satisfactory resolution. Phones were playing hard to get, but once we got that email chain going, things clicked. A bit of a patience test, but in the end, thumbs up for sorting things out through emails.

First time around, no biggie
by Sarah Kay

First time around, no biggie – 14 days and all was cool. But oh boy, the second order was a total letdown. Dropped over 500 AUD, and now I gotta take a 50-minute drive to snag my parcel. Apparently, they've changed the game and won't leave it at the post office anymore. And don't even get me started on them not giving a heads-up at the door. No more shopping there for me, that's for sure.

Was anticipating good quality
by Allison

Was anticipating good quality in the cashmere outfit, but the white turtleneck top turned out to be way too thin. Now I've got to layer it with a singlet; otherwise, my bra is playing peek-a-boo. And the hubby's cashmere sweater? Also on the thin side, but it's manageable since he usually rocks it over a shirt. Not exactly what I had in mind for the cozy cashmere feel.

First time ordering from Lilysilk factory
by Saundra Schrock

First time ordering from Lilysilk factory and an item was damaged (seam undone and a hole the size of a dime by neck of black sweater so very noticeable). When I emailed to notify them, they responded with a very generic “here’s how to return”. No apologies and didn’t offer alternate solutions compared to other other retailers like “we can help you order a replacement” or “here’s a small discount code for your inconvenience when you place your next order”. I expected a more person friendly response and higher quality service to be honest-they didn’t make a great impression at all. They asked me return the package and that the amount of shipping would be covered (again, very generic automated message.) So, I responded asking, “are you sure because I’m mailing internationally and it will be costly.” I just didn’t want them to come back and tell me that they don’t cover international returns after the fact since there was no clarification on their website. They responded with “in that case, let me get back to you and another staff will provide return postage.” Overall, the process to communicate took several days (they don’t respond over the weekend) and lots of my time. I think Lilysilk should re-evaluate their customer service. I would’ve expected exceptional customer service, especially when they advertise to be providing higher-end pieces. Quality of other items ordered is good, but I would proceed with caution when buying. You’ll be able to return an item if it has a defect, but the process is long, tedious and impersonal.

I was pretty skeptical
by Jessica H

I was pretty skeptical about trying out this company at first. I mean, there's so many companies out there nowadays claiming to have the best products and service, but most of the time they just end up being a huge letdown. But man, this company really surprised me! Their products are of good quality and their customer service is unreal.

it's not terrible
by Maria W

it's not terrible, but the smell and feeling of the products are just too oily for my liking. It's like someone doused me in a bottle of cooking oil. Not cool. I don't want to walk around smelling like a backyard BBQ. Plus, it leaves my skin feeling really greasy and gross.

smooth sailing
by Jenny T

it's been smooth sailing. No complaints there. But yo, this one time I had to return something and I was low-key freaking out. But then this lady Tracey held my hand through the whole process and made it hella easy. Like, no sweat, no hassle. Thanks to her, I'm definitely gonna hit up lillysilk again!
