I was pleesantly surprised by Orbisify. The LED lights were of good quality, easy to assemble, and arrived on time. I was a bit unsure at first due to the large order, but Levi from customer service was very helpful. Thank you Levi for your patience with my many questions!

After reading few reviews, I was pretty skeptical of this company. But my item arrived on time. It will look great I'm sure. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Orbisify.

Orbisify is a webstore ya gotta check out. Their customer service is great - 5 outta 5! Got what I ordered, no surprises. Had a bit of trouble putting it together, but their live chat support was quick - got back to me in just 2 minutes. They walked me through every step. If ya wanna buy online, give Orbisify a shot!

This company is a disaster! I tried to buy a backpack for my son, but it never showed up. Every single day for a whole month, their fake American-named AI chat reps like "Levi" kept telling me to wait a bit longer. They said my package would be here in 24-48 hours each time. But guess what? It never came. I had to ask my credit card company for a refund. This company shouldn't be allowed to operate in our country!

I bought two items and wanted to return them both. They wouldn't give me a refund or accept the return because they had given me a price adjustment when I tried to cancel one of the items. When I got them, I wasn't happy with the quality. They said my order was closed because of the credit they gave me on one item. That's ridiculous! I'm going to contact my bank and the Better Business Bureau. It seems like they just don't want to give refunds. Also, their website says they're in New York, but it turns out they're in China.

Several issues to address. Firstly, they selectively publish reviews that paint their company in the best light. Secondly, I purchased bed rails, and they took, as well as are estimated to take, over a month to arrive. Strangely, they sent each bed rail separately? So one of them arrived on November 1st, and the others are scheduled to arrive between the 10th and 15th of November. Keep in mind that the order was placed on October 10th with a promised delivery window of 3-8 days. The quality is just average, and their customer service leaves much to be desired.

Their customer service chat was always open, even in the wee hours of the night. That's when I realized they must be operating internationally. Turns out, they're a Chinese company with warehouses and shipping solely from China. They try to trick you by saying they're in Brooklyn, NY, but don't fall for it. Believe me, it's all a scam. I had to fight for a refund, but they finally gave in. Never again will I order from them.

First off, they're not even based in the US like they make it seem. Like, they advertise like they're selling stuff here, but they actually ship it all the way from China. It took forever, like 3-4 weeks, for my stuff to get to me. It was ridiculous. And then, like, I found out they're shady and their ads are fake, so I'm hoping they get in trouble for it. Also, just a heads up, if you ever need to return something and get your money back, good luck. Their customer service people are a joke, super unprofessional and sketchy. Just a warning, keep an eye out for these guys.
