This is the second project

This is the second project I’ve used Orbisify’s wall washing LED linear lights for, and they’ve turned out really well. Once installed, they look fantastic, and I’ve had quite a few compliments on the finished result. Their customer service was also excellent. One item from my second shipment showed up damaged, but they handled it right away and sent a replacement quickly. It’s a really nice product backed by great service, and I’d use them again without hesitation.

Bright, even under-cabinet light

Visually seamless once the diffusers snapped in, bright but not harsh, and I felt oddly proud flipping that sensor the first night.

Clean LED strip setup

Installing the COB strips with aluminum channels took an afternoon. The phone rep double checked driver wattage and connector types, saved me a return. What stood out was uniform light without dots under the backsplash. Shipping was a week, which matched the page.

Product is low Quality.

We purchased approximately $540 worth of lighting products from this company after their website gave the impression that we were purchasing a high-quality, premium lighting system. We had just completed a kitchen remodel and were specifically looking for a quality product that would provide reliable service for many years. Unfortunately, the quality of the products we received was extremely disappointing. In our opinion, the components were of very low quality and did not come close to matching the impression created by the company's website. The light bars felt inexpensive, the LED strips had very few LEDs per inch, and the transformers appeared to be extremely low-end. When plugged in, the transformers produced a noticeable high-pitched noise, and the lights took several seconds to turn on. We also ordered silver components, but while the sensors were silver, the actual light bars were blue. Much of the packaging and labeling was in Chinese. While the fact that the products were manufactured overseas is not itself a concern, the overall quality made the products feel like inexpensive imported components rather than the premium lighting system we believed we were purchasing. The biggest concern was the apparent lack of long-term quality. After seeing and testing the products, we did not feel confident that they were built to provide the long-term reliability we were looking for. We were concerned that we could end up replacing the system shortly after the warranty period ended. Given that this was a $540 purchase for a newly remodeled kitchen, we simply did not feel comfortable taking that risk. We actually liked the overall concept and design of the system, which is what initially attracted us to it. Unfortunately, the extremely low perceived quality outweighed the design benefits, and we decided to return the entire system. The company did ultimately accept the return and provide us with a full refund, which we appreciate. However, based on our experience, the product quality was far below what we expected from the presentation on the website and the price we paid.

Quick fix for missing clip

One mounting clip was short. Chat agent shipped replacements the same day with tracking. Clear, friendly, and no hoops. Project stayed on schedule.

Bright strips, easy channel fit

Called for help choosing COB strips and aluminum channels. Rep nailed the wattage and driver match. Parts arrived in a week, no missing bits. Install was clean and the light is smooth with zero dots. Great balance of price and quality.

Good gear, stock visibility mixed

Site categories are clear and specs are detailed. Checkout flagged a backorder only after payment, which was annoying. Support offered an alternate profile and refunded the difference. The result looks great, just wish stock was live.
