Hey, let me tell you about the bike child seat that I recently got from the Orbisify store. I have to say, it's been a game changer for our family bike rides! First off, the installation proces was super easy. It only took us about 10 minutes to get it securely attached to the back of our bike. And once it was on, our little one was so excited to try it out! Overall, I would definitely recommend this bike child seat to anyone who wants to take their kid on bike rides. It's been a great addition to our family outings and has allowed us to explore new places together in a fun and safe way. So if you're in the market for a child bike seat, definitely check out the one from Orbisify!

I ordered a light with white light, which was shown clearly on the website. Instead, I got an RGB light that wouldn't produce white light. Customer service took days to respond, saying they would send an email and that they were sure there must be a way to make it work as a white light, and they were "looking into it." Every time I contacted them, they said they would email me. Complete incompetance, no knowledge of their products, no real customer service, and poor quality products that don't work. Stay away.

I placed two bars under the coffee counter and in the pantry. Very slim design, so they almost vanish, and the tilt keeps the light away from your eyes. I like that you can mount them with tape or screws—I taped first to check the spot, then screwed each end for a stable fit. The sensor is useful for early hours, and the 12V system seems safe and easy. Only thing is the lead wire could be a bit longer for hiding the driver, but that’s easy to fix.

I got the wrong item at first (it wasn’t broken, just not what I needed) and the customer support was very nice and sent the right product quickly. We like how slim the lights are – they don’t take much space and the cords are thin, unlike our old ones that were thick like normal extension cords. Really happy with both the product and the service.

Orbisify surprised me with the help they gave, honestly at first I blamed them for bad customer care but the job they did and how they handled me was really great. The fast and clear answer in short amazed me. Most important, the quality is really nice, very happy. I can only say that it’s worth paying money in this shop.

However, when the items arrived, one of them couldn’t be assembled due to defective parts. The team arranged to send replacement parts within 5 to 8 business days.
