She was very professional, understanding, knowledgeable, listened to everything I said, showing that your company still cares about my concerns. The helpfulness and understanding of the easy-to-work-with Diana, knowing that she didn't send me off or transfer me or put me on hold. She took care of my problem/situation promptly and professionally and quickly. Thank you so much, Diana. She didn't stop until I was TOTALLY satisfied. Avoid purchasing "Fine Jewelry" from JCPenney at N Lakeland Square Mall in FL. My husband bought a set marketed as "Sterling Silver" with a protection plan. It caused skin irritation, turned black, and lacked the essential 925 stamp. Despite the misleading "sterling silver" sticker and website claims, corporate confirmed it was silver-plated, not sterling silver. A class action lawsuit for selling counterfeit Chinese jewelry raises concerns. The store manager, Nikki, dishonestly insisted on the 925 stamp's presence. For genuine quality, explore alternative jewelry retailers for yourself or loved ones.

Purchased a Cooks brand 14-cup

Purchased a Cooks brand 14-cup programmable coffee maker as a Christmas present. Got it in early December 2023. It quit making coffee in February this year. Returned it to the store where I bought it, but since it was past 60 days, they refused the return. Contacted customer service, but because it was an in-store purchase, they couldn't assist and advised me to return to the store. Received nothing but a runaround from them. Customer service was awful. The product itself was terrible! Now stuck with a useless coffee maker and no refund.

I purchased two pairs of pants, took off the tags

I purchased two pairs of pants, took off the tags, and packed them in my bag. When I tried to wear them, I found them faulty and repacked them. After coming back from my trip, I tried to return them (with receipt) but was told the tags were missing, so I couldn’t return them. It seems they just want the tags to resell to someone else. I've shopped at JCPenney for decades, as did my family, but not anymore.

I visited your West Towne Mall store yesterday morning in Madison. A very nice and friendly associate with the number on my receipt was 0025, Term 002. She was very friendly and polite. She gave me great service. Thank you for making my trip to your store enjoyable and pleasant.

Paulina at the Countryside mall locashun was extremly helpful. She stuk with me despite how particular I was in the fit of the jacket I was looking for and even helped clean the jacket I felt fit me best after noticing some markings from sitting on the bottom rack.

Paulina at Countryside mall was so helpful. She stayed with me even though I was really picky about the jacket I wanted and she even cleaned the one I liked best when she saw some marks on it from being on the rack.
