Was looking for specific oils as a gift for later this year. Bought my whole cart by mistake. Contacted them right away but they said couldn't cancel it. Even though it was just a few minutes. Customer service is trash. Wouldn't reimburse, no return label. Said they'd refund if I sent it back, but they can't allow that. Told them it put me in the red with my bank, no help. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. It's a scam. Total scam.

Well, based on my experience, dealing with this company's customer service was quite the ordeal. Initially, Jenelle's email responses were confusing, as she didn't seem to grasp that I had already received part of my order. She suggested waiting for packages I already had, which was puzzling. Turning to a phone call, Rhonda's assistance wasn't much better. She seemed more preoccupied with her own frustrations, talking to herself and her computer screen, than addressing my issue. Luckily, the call ended abruptly, giving me a chance to try again. Thankfully, Renee was more capable and swiftly understood my problem. She efficiently arranged for a re-shipment of the missing items. Hopefully, this time they'll arrive without any hiccups. But honestly, considering the hassle, I'm not sure if I'll bother with online orders from this company again.

I've bought a few things

I've bought a few things from this website, some were okay. But I got two baskets, neither cheap. One came lopsided, doesn't sit straight due to weaving. Got a large sculpted basket, the side was caved in. Tried to fix it, couldn't. Box wasn't damaged, so it was sent like this. They should discard faulty items, not sell them. Had to ask for free return shipping for defective item. They did honor it.

We got some outdoor chairs, and within a few months, they got really messed up. We wanted to give them back, but they said no. They don't support their stuff, and they're not nice about it. We won't be getting anything from them again.

Our experience at Englewood, CO was incredibly awful. We were eager to make a significant purchase of a table, sofa, and carpet, intending to sign up for the card to avail the promised 20% discount. However, the cashier informed us that only the manager could facilitate the process. Unfortunately, the manager seemed uninterested in assisting and left the cashier, who was unfamiliar with the procedure, to handle our request. We waited for 20 minutes, and despite the manager's eventual appearance, she provided no help, eventually claiming she couldn't assist us. Frustrated, we left and have decided not to patronize this store in the future.

I invested $200 in these pouf ottomans

I invested $200 in these pouf ottomans, and within just six months of minimal use, both have lost their shape. To make matters worse, one of them has developed a tear in the fabric. This is incredibly disappointing and frustrating, especially considering the significant amount spent on these items.
