    I discovered this company withdrawing funds from my father's account without his awareness or consent. It's been a frustrating experience trying to resolve this. After noticing the last payment, I reached out to their customer service and only got an automated message saying the subscription was canceled. However, the charges continued, which is incredibly concerning. It feels like they're taking advantage of vulnerable customers, and that’s just not right. They finally refunded the subscription as credits to his account, but I'm keeping this review up until I receive solid confirmation that his subscription is actually canceled and all personal and payment details are deleted. This situation has been really upsetting for us.
