    This company is incredibly expensive This company is incredibly expensive. They charge a call out of £49 which apparently includes 20 min labour. I had a snapped cable on the garage door. The fitter said it’s approximately 30 mins work and the cables cost online about £30. So I was expecting to pay about £140 max. The fitter then fills out a report and you have to wait for a call with the price. It was over £350. I refused to pay this outrageous quote. I then got a call back saying they would do it for £180 within minutes of telling them I’m not paying the original £350+. By this time I had called another garage door man and he quoted £120. I still had to pay the £49 call out charge even though they were there 5 mins and did nothing. Out of principle I will not use this company. I would rather pay a tradesperson who does not try to rip you off. If you call them out, my advice would be to use a company who will give you a rough quote before they arrive.
