AnswerNet was a smart pick for us. They met our needs well. Training and setting up the system was quick and they had us going fast. They adjusted the monthly minutes as needed, which was crucial to us, and all calls are handled in the USA. Since our product is made in the USA, this was vital. We’ve been with AnswerNet for just over a year. We’re pleased with the agents who support our services. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and handle the product well. The agents take pride in the product when talking to customers. The training and management teams are easy to work with and very attentive to our needs. Choosing AnswerNet as our backup call center provider was a good choice.
