The company's customer support is terrible.

The company's customer support is terrible. I've been trying to reach them for two weeks about buying out my product, but no one has replied. The option to do so disappeared from the system as soon as I asked the question. It seems like the company doesn't want to provide customer support at all. This service is very poor.

Well, at my first interaction

Well, at my first interaction, I really liked the company. and I want to continue to like them, I honestly do. However, after some issues that remain unresolved with them due to my most recent order, I wonder just how much they care about customer satisfaction. Without getting into too much detail, I used their services, decided I wanted to make a change, and they initially agreed to the exchange. However, they later denied me this, even after offering the exchange in the first place. Of course, they waited until my item made it back to them before any of this occurred.

Grover completely violated our agreement

Grover completely violated our agreement. Around 22 months ago, I rented a mobile device, the A52 S, from them. Our agreement was crystal clear: after renting it for 24 months, I could buy it and keep it forever for just 1 Euro. I even received an official email from Grover confirming this deal, stating that after 24 months, I could own it for a mere 1 Euro. But now, to my dismay, Grover has broken our agreement. Their support team sent me a message, insisting that I should pay an extra 120 Euros instead of the agreed-upon 1 Euro. Frustrated with this breach of contract, I immediately canceled my automatic payments. I've also decided to take legal action and will be consulting my lawyer on Monday to initiate a lawsuit against Grover.
