However, I must say the price they charged is just too high, especially for someone like me who is elderly and dealing with chronic illness. Suddenly, I'm informed that the cartridge I supposedly purchased is responsible for a virus. Strange, considering I never bought one. Next thing I know, I'm slapped with a $299.99 charge to rectify the alleged damage to my network. The timing seems a bit too convenient. Despite my primary focus on scanning and emailing, the experience with this company and HP leaves much to be desired.
