I had trouble with both my laptop and PC, and the technician who assisted me was excellent. He understood exactly what needed to be done and fixed everything perfectly! Sometimes I had trouble understanding him, but giving him control of my computer made things much smoother. He worked 10 times quicker this way than by just instructing me. Again, I would definitely recommend this company!!
