I called to get help with a printer I bought, and I ended up having a really good experience. The technicians were super knowledgeable. They even found a virus on my computer, which I had no clue about. They told me what the virus was called and then installed a firewall to protect my computer. They got rid of the virus too. I usually worry about being taken advantage of, but these guys seemed pretty trustworthy. Still a bit skeptical, but I appreciate their help. Overall, they did a good job and I feel a bit more secure now.

This company is a total rip-off

Man, this company is a total rip-off. My 82-year-old mom got charged over $700 for a so-called "fix" that wasn't even needed. They totally scammed her! Thankfully, I found out the same day and we managed to cut off all communication with them. Seriously, avoid this place like the plague. They're just out to take advantage of people.
