Rude and unprofessional

I called for assistance to remove an unauthorized charge for a subscription for their services. What they do is they offer to help with a technical support and charge $1 and immediately you see an unauthorized $46 in your bank. The representative was very brusque, rude and highly unprofessional.

This operation is decitfull. I had no idea I was subscribing to $69.00 a month plan when I gave them my credit card. They have admitted that they didn't do anything for me but only refunded half of my money. They seem to be in kahots with KOBO readers company as they were the ones sent me there. All I wanted to do was change the book I ordered to English. Not happy with both outfits.

I was trying to reach FedEx and got redirected to Ask Crew. They asked for $1 to help me then charged me $46 for unclear reasons. I screamed fraud and they immediately refunded the money. I still can't reach FedEx!
