    Garage Doors Fixed

GDF have misled me several times. I moved to a new-build house recently that had manually operated garage doors. I contacted a few companies online and one - GDF / Wudhus - was quick to respond and send a ‘representative’ to assess my requirements: power units to be fitted to two garage doors. Within seconds of his visit I had a call from another GDF rep to ask for a decision. I told him I was considering it and his colleague had just left; he was, however, waiting outside my house. After a few minutes of price reductions including a ‘pensioner discount’ (I’m not a pensioner) I was offered a price that seemed acceptable although I had nothing to base that on. They could start work immediately, completing that day. I felt pressured and agreed. The work wasn’t completed that day, I was asked for full payment when only half the job was done, the fitter didn’t return the following day as promised and there was no way of contacting GDF other than a phone number with an automated service for rebooking installation dates. A few days later the fitter arrived and finished the job but left several issues, which I had to rectify. Then I was asked for payment. I was told that my credit card was declined but there was plenty of credit on the account. I had to agree to use my debit card (less consumer protection) and paid what I now realise was far more than I could have got the job done for. I was told that I would receive workmanship warranties and product guarantees by email but I’m still waiting, having been promised several times that I would receive them within 24 hours. I now have working garage doors but no idea what I would do if they failed. The experience leaves me feeling like I have been scammed but that could so easily have been avoided if GDF had honoured their promises. I’ll be happy to post a factual update if they respond to this review.

    UnlockHere.com

This company is a total ripoff. I paid for the service but never got any verification code. Plus, after buying, it redirected me to some movie or game site.

    Clickncell.com

I sent my iPhone 7 Plus to Clickncell, hoping for a smooth trade-in process. The phone got there on July 21st, 2025, and USPS confirmed the delivery. Since then, silence. No payment, no update, just nothing. Tried calling, but their voicemail is full and nobody’s answering. It's been days, and I’m still waiting for the $63 promised. Frustrated, I reported them to the FTC, the New York Attorney General, the IC3, local police, and even the National Task Force. My phone's with them, and they’re just ignoring me. If anyone else is in the same boat, please speak up and report them. We need to stop this from happening to others. Don’t trust them with your devices.
