    I took my dog to this place, and it was just a nightmare. My poor pup came back with some scratches and seemed really scared, which broke my heart. It's like they don't even care about the animals they're supposed to be looking after. The staff didn't seem to know how to handle dogs properly, and it showed. I noticed a complete lack of empathy, and it really made me question their ability to train or care for any animal. I wouldn't trust them again with my furry friend. If you love your pet, I’d definitely suggest finding somewhere else where they actually know what they’re doing and care about the animals.

    I brought my two dogs to this training service, expecting some good results, but it turned into a nightmare. I have a Ring camera at home, and it actually caught one of the trainers hitting my first dog. When she came back, she was in terrible shape—her paws were raw and bloody, she’d lost weight, her nipples were injured from urine, and she had a yellow tint to her fur, looking so distressed. My second dog never even got the training because of what happened. To make it worse, the trainer left my dog in their car for over an hour while chatting inside my home about unrelated stuff. I tried talking to the CEO and showed them all the proof, but they just brushed it off. I wouldn’t suggest this service to anyone.

    I walked into the pet shop not really knowing what to expect, but Susie, the pet specialist, truly made the experience amazing. She seemed to know everything there is about pets and was super patient as I rambled on about what I wanted in a breeder. Susie was all ears, taking notes like she was solving a puzzle. She worked tirelessly, reaching out through calls, texts, and emails, even after hours. Every question I threw at her, she had an answer ready. It felt like she was on this journey with me, making sure I found the perfect pet. Her dedication was impressive, and I really appreciated all the effort she put into helping me.
