    Honestly, I was hoping for a smoother experience with this dog training company. The price seemed like a steal compared to others, but I quickly realized why. Training was supposed to be 14 days, but turns out they only work with your dog for 10 days. Trainers take two days off each week and can have other jobs, so my pup's training wasn't consistent. One day I got a message at 9 pm that they were just starting the session. The trainer also rescheduled our initial meeting and then didn't show up at the new time. We’re supposed to have follow-up sessions, but they keep getting postponed. I'm really disappointed and wish I'd chosen a different place.

    So, there's this trainer, Njoud, who totally turned things around for my rescue dog, Ruby. Poor Ruby had a rough start in life, and she was super anxious when I got her. I had no clue how to help her, but Njoud stepped in like a superhero. Ruby stayed with her for six whole weeks, and the transformation was incredible. She came back happier, more confident, and with a solid plan to tackle her bathroom anxiety. I mean, I couldn't just quit my job to be with Ruby all day, right? Now, thanks to Njoud, it feels like Ruby's going to be just fine on her own soon. Couldn't be more grateful!

    During the third recall drill, he actually turned mid-chase and sprinted back. I laughed, then got weirdly teary. Tiny moment, huge weight off.
