    Briggs had a tough start in life. He was found tied to a fire hydrant, showing signs of abuse and being very underweight. We cared for his body and helped him gain weight, but training him was really hard. Briggs was reactive, not fully house trained, resisted the crate, and walking him was stressful. Everything changed when Tressie came into our lives - she was a true blessing for Briggs and our family. Briggs stayed with Tressie for 4 weeks and came back a completely new dog, fitting perfectly with us. Tressie was open all the time, sending daily training videos and answering our questions fast. Not only did Briggs get trained, but we learned how to keep training him. Since he came home, we have followed her advice closely and see progress every day with Tressie’s help. We give Tressie and Dogwise Academy five amazing stars.

    Getting our new puppy was such a great experiance. We really liked all the photos and videos that helped us know what to expect. Talking with the breeder was nice - they were so friendly and gave us helpful info. The drive to PA to pick up our pup went smooth and the Smucker Family welcomed us kindly with all the papers ready. They raised this puppy so well - he was almost house trained already and used to going outside. The health guarantee gave us peace of mind and our vet said he looked perfect at his first visit. My kids will always remember visiting “the farm” to bring Rico home. He’s calm, playful, and fits right into our family. As first time dog owners, we couldn’t believe he slept all night after just one week and learned his routine so quickly. Everyone we tell can’t believe how easy it’s been for us.

    I checked out a bunch of puppy trainers before deciding on Dogwise Academy, and I'm so glad I did. The team there is super friendly and really knows their stuff. Eddie, the trainer, was fantastic. He took our puppy for a three-week training session. Throughout that time, we got lots of updates on how things were going, which was really reassuring. When our puppy came back, the difference was amazing. He was so well-behaved and didn't seem stressed out at all, unlike experiences I've had with other trainers. Honestly, if you're looking for a great place to train your pup, I can't recommend Dogwise Academy enough. I'll definitely be going back when we get our next puppy.
