    You won’t believe how fast my dog caught on to this system. It's like magic how it keeps her safe and in the yard. She totally gets her limits now and doesn't even think about crossing them. The coolest part? The tracking feature with Spot On. I can check her location anytime, anywhere on our property. There were a couple of times when she slipped out while figuring it all out, but being able to track her made it so much easier to bring her back. It’s just been a total game-changer for us, and I can’t imagine not having it now.

    I can't believe what just happened with my order. I called customer service on Feb. 23, 2026, because there was a subscription error, and they assured me they'd handle it all. It felt like everything was going to be fine. But a week passed, and nothing changed. I was expecting them to stop the shipment and refund my $160. Instead, they shipped it anyway, and now they're saying I have to cover the shipping fees to return something I never ordered. It's frustrating and disappointing to see how Wuffes handles situations like this. I really thought it would be different after that initial call. Guess I was wrong.
