    I thought I'd found the perfect gift online, but it turned out to be quite the hassle. The website made it seem like the company was based in Texas, but they’re actually in Asia. Shipping took way longer than expected, and the gift missed our anniversary. I reached out to return it, hoping for a proper solution, but they only offered to refund the shipping costs. It's like they didn't get how important the date was. Plus, their customer support is confusing. They list hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, but there's no phone number, and they reply to emails in the middle of the night. It's been a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend this company.

    As a regular customer, I was really impressed with how this company handled a small hiccup. I had ordered a Masters Degree Plaque, and unfortunately, the first one arrived broken. I reached out to them, attaching a photo of the damage, and they were quick to respond. To my surprise, they sent me a replacement plaque at no extra cost, and it arrived in perfect condition. The packaging this time was super secure, so no issues there. The new plaque looks fantastic, and I'm genuinely happy with the quality. I definitely think this company knows how to treat its customers right, and their products are top-notch. Would recommend them to anyone!

    I ordered a white hat with "Freedom" embroidered on it, excited to wear it for an upcoming event. When the package arrived, I quickly opened it only to find a hat that was a weathered grey instead of white. To make matters worse, the embroidery wasn't even done correctly; it read "FREED OM" with a noticeable space in the middle. This wasn't what I expected at all. I'm really disappointed and now I'm trying to figure out how to get a refund. I wish the process had gone smoother, and I hope customer service can help sort this out.
