    I ordered by phone after spotting a great rug on their site. The high-quality photos are awesome, showing the product from all sides, both front and back. Josh was super nice and really helpful. As a service member, I really value this company's discount for people in uniform. I would for sure shop here again.

    I ordered something on January 24th and here we are, February 20th, and still nothing. Like, seriously? Is waiting a whole month for shipping normal now? If that's how this place operates, I'm done. I mean, come on, that's just ridiculous. Who has time to wait forever for an order? Definitely not ordering from here again.

    I ordered a custom frame with the right size for my canvas art but didn't consider the depth. I'm so grateful customer service noticed the depth issue and checked how thick my canvas was. Once they realized the frame I chose wouldn’t fit, they cancelled my order and refunded me right away. I will definitely come back for any future framing needs! Thanks for all your help and advice!
