    I bought this keychain for $17 and paid $8 shipping, thinking it’d be a nice little addition. Ordered it on February 4th, and here we are on February 11th with no updates whatsoever. Tried emailing them twice, not a single reply came back. Honestly, it's frustrating. Feels like this site just took my money and vanished. I’m really questioning if this is a legit business or just a total scam. I’m definitely going to try to get my money back, either by contacting them again or getting my bank involved. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.

    Last winter, I ordered a keepsake from Best Custom when my girlfriend's dog passed away. I thought it would be a nice gesture, but it turned into a real headache. I expected it to arrive by the end of December, but by the end of January, it still hadn't shipped. Frustrated, I decided to cancel and got my money back. The item was coming from China, which might explain the delay, but the customer service was less than helpful. They kept giving me vague answers and didn't seem to care about the situation. If timing matters to you, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. And definitely don't pay extra for expedited shipping, it's pointless.

    You won't believe what happened with my order. I placed it way ahead of time, thinking it would be the perfect gift for my grandson. I was so excited, but it took nearly two months to arrive. By the time I realized it wouldn't make it, the special day had come and gone. I had to go through the hassle of shipping it myself, hoping it would finally reach him. And guess what? The package got lost in the process! Can you imagine how frustrating that was? It's really disappointing when things don't go as planned, especially when you're trying to make someone feel special. Not the experience I was hoping for at all.
