I ordered an item over 6 weeks ago. They gave me some bogus tracing number no tracking org. could use.

WOW! Could not have been worse. Picture frame took two weeks to arrive. Customer service would not work with me when I asked to do a simple customization that i was willing to pay for which should have been a red flag. When the frame arrived, the non-reflective plexiglass was very reflective and very cloudy, compared with the plexiglass of a prior frame from ***, even though they claimed it was a similar quality based on the stats they shared about it. The frame arrived unassembled, and when I put it together, the corners didn’t even fit together, in spite of my making as many adjustments as I could. The plexiglass was cracked at the sides. When I added everything into the frame, it didn’t fit well, and in fact, it was so loose that it would be easy for moisture or dirt to enter inside the frame. In short, the quality was no greater than the $15 Amazon frame I was trying to upgrade from, the only difference was that I had to actually build the frame, whereas the Amazon one at least came assembled. This is an absolutely horrible product. This company is clearly buying their reviews or something. I don’t know how they could possibly have reviews this good when they are such a terrible company. Never buy from these people.

I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company. I ordered something with expedited shipping on December 13 because they promised it would arrive before Christmas. Guess what? It's still not here, and I haven't heard anything from them. They keep saying they're a small company, but that doesn’t really matter if they can’t keep their promises. It’s frustrating because I get tons of emails from them trying to sell me more stuff, but when I try to reach out for an update, there’s radio silence. If you can’t deliver what you promise, at least communicate properly. It feels like they’re more interested in getting more sales than actually taking care of their customers.
