    Like the other one-star reviews, I never received my order in time, and there was no customer service response until late January, when they finally apologized and blamed peak season for being busy. A business that can’t cope when demand is high shouldn’t be selling at all. This one feels like it should be thrown out entirely. They don’t even seem to have a real address and look like they’re staying hidden because they know how many people they’ve misled. I emailed them several times without hearing anything back, and the first reply came about six weeks after I placed the order. By then I had already filed a chargeback on my credit card and won. If the product shows up on time, it’s decent enough, nothing special, but fine if you get it at a discount. If it doesn’t arrive, don’t waste time waiting around—just dispute the charge and get your money back. There are too many companies that spend on advertising, fail to deliver, and avoid refunding customers by simply not responding. It feels like a game to them.
