I had quite the experience with Best Customs recently and it left me pretty disappointed. I ordered a mug from them on June 4th and didn't hear a peep until I reached out on June 10th. They finally replied on the 11th, just telling me to hang tight. I was fed up by the 12th and asked to cancel my order, and suddenly, they sent me a tracking number. Funny thing is, USPS didn’t get the package until the 19th! When I asked for a refund, they refused, citing shipping delays, even though their policy says 30-day returns. It just feels shady. I wouldn't recommend dealing with them. Feels like they don't care about their customers.
