I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM INSPIRE UPLIFT!
I ordered a pair of USB heated gloves in November. When they did not arrive by the promised date in early December, I emailed to ask when they would arrive. 8 emails and 3 weeks later I received a package from Inspire Uplift WITH THE WRONG GLOVES. They sent me a pair of non-USB gloves.
Before asking about their return policy (which wasn't listed anywhere on their website or in the packaging) I thought I'd see if the gloves were warm enough. I put them on, stepped outside, and my hands were immediately cold. So not only dd they send the wrong product, but the ones they did send sucked.
Since then, I have been engaged in an email exchange with "customer service" trying to return the gloves and get the ones I ordered or a refund.
No Dice. They blamed me for ORDERING the wrong product.
What company these days not only doesn't take returns regardless of the reason for the return, but also BLAMES THE CUSTOMER FOR NOT SHOPPING CORRECTLY?
Be Warned: Shopping at Inspire Uplift is asking to be robbed of your money. DO NOT SHOP AT INSPIRE UPLIFT FOR ANYTHING. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
