    I decided to give this website a shot and placed my first order, opting to pay extra for fast shipping. I was really looking forward to getting my stuff on time, but when it didn't arrive, I reached out to customer service to find out what was going on. Instead of getting a helpful response, they just directed me back to the generic tracking information. It was really frustrating because I didn't get any clear answers, and I felt like I wasted money on the expedited shipping. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

    I’ve contacted them several times about my prints being blurry and low quality. I really hope someone can assist me with getting a reprint or refund, but no one has responded yet.

    Good service and professionalism. Amazing customer service and they answered all my questions with great knowlege that made buying simple. Bowl was packaged well and secured properly. Looks fantastic and works great. Really happy and will use them again.
