    I ordered a few items last December, expecting them to arrive soon since I paid extra for US delivery. But here I am, still waiting. When I check the tracking numbers they gave me, turns out they’re all from China, not the US. It's been quite frustrating. Tried reaching out to customer service, but they keep giving me the same old answers. Feeling a bit stuck since I really needed those products by now. It’s been quite the letdown, especially after paying for faster delivery. Hoping they sort things out soon because this isn’t the experience I was hoping for.
