    I thought I'd surprise my son with a supercar advent calendar, ordered it on November 24th. Fast forward to December 8th, and it's still not here. I reached out to customer service, hoping for some clarity, but they just sent me the same tracking info I already had. It's like hitting a wall. No update, no idea if it'll ever arrive. We're in the second week of December, and my son’s still waiting. Best Custom's customer service is really disappointing. I asked for a refund, but who knows if that'll even happen. This whole experience has been frustrating, and honestly, I won't be ordering from them again. Just feels like they don't care.

    It seems as though AI runs the company and there are no real pestle that you can talk to. I have had issue with refund on product and have been given the runaround with several emails even in the same day to me and your IQ can be in the basement and realize that AI just keeps putting out the same answer over and over all the same wording. DO NOT DEAL WITH COMPANY. Big rip iff

    I decided to order a jersey online for a Halloween costume, thinking I had more than enough time. Well, the jersey showed up after Halloween, which was a bummer. I figured I'd just get a refund, but dealing with customer service was a nightmare. It was email after email, and they seemed more interested in avoiding the refund than actually helping me out. Now, I'm stuck with a jersey I don't need, and I'm seriously let down. It's safe to say I won't be ordering from them again. If you run into any issues, don't count on their customer service to sort it out. Super frustrating experience overall.
