    I ordered an Advent Calendar from Best Custom on November 24th for my son, and I’m still waiting. Christmas is just around the corner, and there's still no sign of the package or even a refund. They did send an email saying sorry for the delay, but it’s getting ridiculous now. I get that things can get busy around the holidays, but we’re talking nearly a month here. I’ve tried emailing them a couple of times, but it hasn’t helped at all. It’s frustrating, and I’m definitely not going to order anything from them again. This whole experience has been a letdown and has added unnecessary stress to the holidays.

    I was super excited about the custom Christmas gifts I ordered. But when the tracking said they were delivered, there was nothing on my doorstep. I reached out to the company immediately, hoping they could sort it out. They replied, asking if the package had arrived yet, which it clearly hadn't. I confirmed that, but then... radio silence. I kept reaching out, hoping for some guidance or solution, but got nothing. It's frustrating because I spent quite a bit on these gifts, and now I have neither the gifts nor my money back. Just left disappointed and empty-handed during the holidays.
