Ordered a gift in May, hoping it'd make it in time for Father's Day and our anniversary. Well, it's almost July, and guess what? Still no sign of it. Tracking promised it'd be here by June 16th, but here we are on the 28th, and nada. Rang up the post office, and they reckon it's lost. Reached out to the company, hoping for some help or at least a refund, but all I got was "wait." No clue when it might arrive or if they'll send a replacement. Was really looking forward to surprising my husband with it, so this whole situation's been a letdown. Just feeling really frustrated with this whole ordeal.
