    I decided to splurge a bit and go for the upgraded quality, thinking made in USA meant top-notch. After waiting weeks, the package finally arrived, but one glass was shattered. The rest looked like someone slapped a dull sticker on them, totally not what the website showed. I've tried reaching out to the company three times now, hoping for some kind of solution, but it's like I'm talking to a wall. Zero response! These were supposed to be special Christmas gifts, and I shelled out $50 per glass. Honestly, I'm embarrassed even thinking about giving them away now. Super frustrating experience, to say the least.

    I thought I'd surprise my son with a supercar advent calendar, ordered it on November 24th. Fast forward to December 8th, and it's still not here. I reached out to customer service, hoping for some clarity, but they just sent me the same tracking info I already had. It's like hitting a wall. No update, no idea if it'll ever arrive. We're in the second week of December, and my son’s still waiting. Best Custom's customer service is really disappointing. I asked for a refund, but who knows if that'll even happen. This whole experience has been frustrating, and honestly, I won't be ordering from them again. Just feels like they don't care.
