    Last winter, I ordered a keepsake from Best Custom when my girlfriend's dog passed away. I thought it would be a nice gesture, but it turned into a real headache. I expected it to arrive by the end of December, but by the end of January, it still hadn't shipped. Frustrated, I decided to cancel and got my money back. The item was coming from China, which might explain the delay, but the customer service was less than helpful. They kept giving me vague answers and didn't seem to care about the situation. If timing matters to you, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. And definitely don't pay extra for expedited shipping, it's pointless.

    You won't believe what happened with my order. I placed it way ahead of time, thinking it would be the perfect gift for my grandson. I was so excited, but it took nearly two months to arrive. By the time I realized it wouldn't make it, the special day had come and gone. I had to go through the hassle of shipping it myself, hoping it would finally reach him. And guess what? The package got lost in the process! Can you imagine how frustrating that was? It's really disappointing when things don't go as planned, especially when you're trying to make someone feel special. Not the experience I was hoping for at all.

    I just had the most frustrating experience with this company. I ordered a custom product, paid extra to ensure top quality, and what I got was just awful. To make things worse, it's been a month, and they still haven't acknowledged the issue or refunded my money. It's like they're ignoring me completely. I feel like I just threw my money down the drain. Seriously, if you're considering buying from them, think twice. It's not worth the hassle or the disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. This company just doesn't seem to care about their customers or delivering on their promises.
