    I ordered a small device which promised, according to their website, to safely and effectively remove wax from the ears. My doctor, an ear specialist, warned me that this device was NOT safe to use. I reached out to Inspire Uplift CEO, Aaron Wallace and was shifted around to various customer service "people". I suspect that they use AI bots as their "customer service team" because the responses I received to my repeated question on how to return the item made no sense at all. Be forewarned! Inspire Uplift does NOT stand behind their products or treat customers in a helpful and ethical manner.

    Ordered my sweatshirts back on December 8, 2025, and guess what? Still no sign of them. Tried reaching out to customer service, but they take ages to respond—sometimes it's a day, sometimes it's two weeks. It's like playing a waiting game. Approved a product, then got an email saying it needed approval again. Confusing! The automated replies keep saying delays are due to the holiday rush, but it's already mid-January. Pretty sure the holidays are long gone by now. Really expected better service from them. Honestly, feeling let down by the whole experience and not sure I'll be ordering from them again.

    I ordered a Christmas plate, thinking it would be a lovely gift, but it was a disaster from the start. The delivery took ages, and when it finally arrived, I was shocked. The plate was made of flimsy plastic, and the design looked cheap, definitely not worth the $50+ I spent, including shipping. My husband couldn't believe the price for what we got. It was also much smaller than advertised. I tried contacting customer service via email since there's no phone number, but their response was just a generic message promising to follow up, which never happened. The plate was so disappointing that I couldn't even give it to my daughter. Their customer service is a joke, and the product quality is terrible. Avoid them!
