This company has absolutely no customer service. I’ve called more than 12 times and asked to speak with a manager to get the issue with my curtains resolved, but no one has contacted me back. It’s been a week, and still nothing. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, and I’ve had to ask my credit card company to refuse payment because what’s happening now looks like either complete incompetence or fraud.
