My experience with company has ben quite disappointing. Unfortunately, they were unable to honor the initially advertised price once the promotion period ended. Despite the website indicating free shipping, the customer service representative continuously cited varying shipping costs for custom-made fireplace doors. This inconsistency was frustrating, and their repeated insistence on potentially charging more for future orders left me dissatisfied.
