The company's delivery service was disappointing.

The company's delivery service was disappointing. They showed up 90 minutes after the agreed window, and I was only notified of the delay after the window had passed. When they finally arrived, they simply dropped off the package without offering any assistance with unpacking or checking the items. They rushed through the process and had me sign a form without properly going through it. Their explanation for the delay was that they were busy with other installations, but it seems odd that drop-offs wouldn't be prioritized. I'm relieved that I opted to handle the installation myself. While their prices are competitive, the quality of their free delivery service leaves much to be desired.

The checkout took longer

The checkout took longer than expected, maybe because my internet connection went down when I tried to pay with PayPal. The product arrived in a box from the shipping company, and thankfully, it wasn't damaged. But when we opened it, we noticed that the back top panel was bent and some screws were missing. We later found paperwork indicating that the item was previously sold to and returned by Home Depot. We didn't know we were buying something that had been used before. Despite these issues, the product seems to be working okay.
