I bought an illuminated sign from Inspire Uplift, and the online image suggested it would have a vibrant glow when lit. However, upon receiving it, the illumination was disappointingly dim, bearing no resemblance to the advertised brilliance. Despite reaching out to Inspire Uplift, the customer service has been evasive for the past two months. Escalating the matter to the BBB hasn't improved the situation, as the runaround persists. It's advisable to steer clear of this seller, as they rely on misleading advertising for subpar products and fail to take responsibility, instead shifting blame to their vendors.

I strongly caution against purchasing from Inspire Uplift. They seemingly endorse scammers, leaving me out $220. Their customer service is deplorable, and my experience has been a nightmare. I ordered on September 19, but when my package arrived around October 10, I immediately called them due to issues. To my dismay, they outright refused to assist me and seemed to side with the seller, who conveniently vanished from their platform the very day I raised my concerns. It's a distressing situation, and I cannot emphasize enough how regrettable my experience with this company has been.
