    Signing up for workers comp was quick and easy, no trouble there. I run a small mobile mechanic business by myself, and I only brought on one employee for a short time. Things didnt work out, so I tried to cancel the policy. That part turned into a real headache, way more work than it should of been. Even after canceling, they kept trying to bill me months later, and for more than I ever paid in fees. They called it an audit and said it was in the fine print. Just feel like this shouldve been explained better up front, because the easy signup hid the mess that came after.

    I had a real headache dealing with biBerk. I moved my business just a block away, and suddenly, my reported annual salary went from $20,000 to $200,000. Because of that, my premium skyrocketed, and my monthly charges were all over the place. When I tried to cancel, a rep told me not to renew, and I wouldn't be charged. But guess what? A few months later, I find out there's a $56 balance sent to collections. Instead of sorting this out, I kept getting calls about it. It's frustrating how a small amount like that can cause so much hassle. I wouldn't advise any business, whether big or small, to go with biBerk.
