Watching three vendor tiles flip from red to green felt like a small miracle. The COI upload worked, the dates matched, and the contract box went clean. Then one stubborn subcontractor didn’t answer invites for a week and stalled the column. The platform did its part with reminders, but success still depended on their response. Support offered to reach out again, which helped. I kept the compliance dashboard open for the rest of the day.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! I honestly wouldn’t want anyone to deal with this company, not even my worst enemy. From my experience, they do not seem to act in good faith toward their customers, and it feels like they use shady tactics to squeeze as much money as they can out of people like me.

The customer service was awful. Every person I spoke with gave me a different answer, and I never got the information I actually needed. I also had to keep following up just to find out what was going on, and then Stephanie Bashara sent me a rude email in all caps loaded with exclamation points. It came across as immature and unprofessional, and she really seemed unable to control her emotions. At her age, that kind of temper tantrum is embarrassing.
