I tried to deal with this company, drawn in by their low rates, but what a headache it turned out to be. Communicating with them is a nightmare—they take ages to respond to emails and never pick up the phone. I had a minor request to add "LLC" to my company name, and it felt like pulling teeth. When I wanted to cancel, they ignored my emails from late October to mid-December, then claimed they couldn't backtrack, just to hold onto my money. If they had just listened when I first reached out, none of this would’ve happened. I ended up filing a complaint with the BBB and suggest others do the same to expose their poor practices.
