    You know, dealing with BiBerk was quite an eye-opener. Initially, their quote seemed like a steal, but things took a turn once I was locked in. Suddenly, my rate skyrocketed without any clear explanation. It felt like they had a bag of tricks ready to upcharge at every opportunity. Over the past six years in business, I’ve seen my fair share of companies, and BiBerk, alongside 1800 Accountant, just isn't worth the headache. They might seem budget-friendly at first glance, but hidden costs creep in fast. Trust me, paying a bit more for Quickbooks and a reliable insurance agent is worth every penny. Do your research and check out all those negative reviews before committing. It might save you some serious trouble.

    I had an amazing experience with Jennifer Copenhaver! I needed help with my general liability and commercial auto insurance, and she worked some kind of magic. She got everything quoted and underwritten in less than a day, which was way faster than I expected. The whole thing went so smoothly, I almost couldn't believe it. Jennifer was just wonderful to work with, always friendly and super efficient. I felt like she really cared about getting me the best deal and making the process easy. It's not often you find someone who's both professional and personable, but Jennifer nailed it. Can't thank her enough for making it all so stress-free. Highly recommend!

    I got a workers comp policy from this company, and at first, everything seemed fine. Paid the deposit, made the first payment, and then, boom, three days later, I get an email saying my policy’s being canceled that night. And it was after business hours on a Friday, so no chance to reach anyone. Tried calling them the next week, and they said it was due to some underwriting issue. I asked why they didn't just call or text me, and they claimed they sent an email two weeks prior, but I never saw it. No calls, no texts, nothing. When I asked the agent how to fix it, he just told me to find another company. Honestly, not a great experience. Wouldn't recommend them.
