I called in to get some help, and Justin Oliver was the one who picked up. He knew his stuff, and it was obvious he was super knowledgeable. He didn't waste any time, just got right to the point, which I appreciated. No extra fluff, no weird stories to try and make a connection or anything. It was refreshing, honestly.
