Decent experience overall. First quote for liability came back with a differnt cost and provider than I chose. Policy was also incorrect. I had to resubmit to get the right result which took extra days while the job waited.

I wouldn't recommend this company. They don't provide a phone number for policy discussions, and their email replies are really slow. It seems pretty unprofessional to me.

I got a quote, and it said to call to pay. When I called, they said they only have online support. Bad communication. Bad customer service. I'll go to a company that cares about its customers and knows that sometimes you need to speak with someone who understands insurance. Texting doesn't cut it.
