Simply amazing! My small HVAC business was given 7 quotes for insurance within minuets of calling. No waiting for an agent to see what's available. All quotes were very competitive, some within a few dollars from each other. Made my choice, and purchased right from the website. Can't get any more easier than that. What a hassle. I spent ages online

What a hassle. I spent ages online entering all my details, only to get a call and have to repeat everything for another 30 minutes. They said they'd transfer me to someone who sells insurance, but that person couldn't cover my business type. Then they wanted to start the whole process again with someone else. When I refused, they put me on hold for 10 minutes before the call dropped. It's frustrating dealing with companies like this who just want to reel you in without offering proper service. I wish there was a local office where I could speak to someone face-to-face. It's really disappointing.

The constant shuffling between individuals and the redundant repetition of the same inquiries create a truly dreadful encounter. In summary, it's a venture not worthy of your valuable time.
