Avoid this company. Awful customer
by Kimberly

Avoid this company. Awful customer service. My gear has suffered for over 2 months, no technician has shown up, and no one bothers to reply. Waiting times are unbearable. Customer service is terrible. They don't fulfill claims; they just keep taking your money every month.

biBERK disappoints in prioritizing small
by Richard G

biBERK disappoints in prioritizing small business owners, with a sluggish 3-day certification process during licensing. For solo entrepreneurs, these delays translate to financial losses. In contrast, ACI's rapid turnaround, less than 1 hour for any quantity of certificates, fosters seamless operations. Choosing biBERK may hinder expansion, evidenced by missed job opportunities. ACI, ensuring swift support, empowers entrepreneurs to bid on projects across diverse locations, without the hindrance that biBERK poses. Even my bond company outpaces biBERK, efficiently completing all required new bonds in just 2 hours. Shifted all my business to ACI for reliable efficiency.

I wouldn't recommend this Insurance
by Gail Saiz

I wouldn't recommend this Insurance company. Dealing with them has been a hassle. While their customer service representatives are polite, reaching them is a pain due to long queues. Initially, they appeared responsive during sign-up for a commercial auto policy, but addressing concerns proved futile. The lack of notification to the California DMV about Proof of Insurance led to penalties for vehicle registration reinstatement. Despite their reputation, Berkshire Hathaway's performance in this business segment falls short, and I regret not considering negative reviews before enrolling.

It's astonishing that despite numerous
by Bruno Marques

It's astonishing that despite numerous shared negative experiences, this company maintains a high rating, possibly investing heavily in SEO. My year-long association with them for an E&O policy turned sour when a surprise audit was demanded on my firm's revenues, never disclosed initially. I explicitly requested coverage for a specific business segment, which the advisor approved. However, a year later, I was informed that this was against their policy. Canceling the policy exposed their unprofessionalism, as my account was handed over to rude and inappropriate collection attorneys, who even contacted my wife's employer. Such conduct is utterly unacceptable and warrants caution for potential clients.

Experienced a car accident four
by Amber

Experienced a car accident four months back. Not my fault, but struggling to get the adjuster to respond to calls or emails. Service has been frustratingly terrible. Suggest looking elsewhere for a better experience.

Appalling experience with this company!
by Elizabeth Pare

Appalling experience with this company! Assured post-policy purchase that I could obtain an employee-listed certificate of insurance. Following a hefty $5,000 payment, the fourth representative revealed it wasn't possible—a crucial deal-breaker for our work. This vital information was concealed pre-purchase, leading to a regrettable policy acquisition. A colossal waste of time and a major inconvenience.

This company is an absolute disappointment.
by Eric Orchard

This company is an absolute disappointment. My bumper repair, stemming from a collision with a negligent biberk client, has stretched to an agonizing 4 months. Kizzy Lee's unprofessionalism is glaring, marked by zero effort and abysmal communication. The initially provided estimate proved laughable, failing to cover essential paint costs. Despite multiple support escalations, the response has been dishearteningly non-existent. My skepticism has reached a peak, leading me to pursue commercial claim action. Avoid this company at all costs; it's reminiscent of the infamous 2007 Comcast debacle.

We're a small business with six employees
by Levias Taylor

We're a small business with six employees, and the recent decision by the company to terminate our workman's comp insurance caught us off guard. Despite our clear explanation that we don't provide the service they claimed, their underwriters insisted without room for discussion. It's disappointing to see our hard work met with such treatment. Considering this experience, it's advisable for others to consider alternatives, as such unexpected decisions can negatively impact businesses.

by Roxanna

Spent over 4 hours on hold trying to obtain a certificate of insurance, only to receive no response. The audacity to boast about being "Backed up by Warren Buffet" is laughable. Avoid this company, especially for commercial insurance needs. Absolutely disappointing experience!

This business insurance company
by Heather Christian

This business insurance company appears promising on paper, but my experience with Jazman Foard's customer service has been deeply disappointing. The gap between expectations and reality is stark, leaving me questioning the company's actual commitment to customer satisfaction. There's a considerable need for improvement in their service delivery.

My experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing
by Uberguysbi

My experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. I attempted to add a driver to my policy, a seemingly simple task, but it has taken over 10 days, and they have consistently failed to follow through on their promises. When I reached out for assistance, I faced long wait times in a queue with little hope for a resolution. As a small business owner, their lack of efficiency and care for my time has been disheartening.
