The company's service was disorganized and unnecessarily complex. It lacked helpful guidance in finding optimal solutions. When we pointed out a policy error, they dismissed it as unimportant, seeming to avoid revisiting the renewal process, which might have saved us money. We're already searching for a new provider for next year.
