    What I immediately liked about MadMuscles is how clean the interface feels. Nothing is overloaded, no pop-ups everywhere. I open the app and instantly see what I’m supposed to do today. That simplicity makes it much easier to actually start.

    I began with small objectives writing off only a few times a week and that has become a habit. I like the fact that the plan does not require me to be perfect; it provides me with structure and not pressure. The exercises are not complicated, and yet, I feel stronger and more able to do something every week. It is not only my fitness that has changed, but my attitude as well. I now actually like the process rather than considering exercise as something which I must do. That has made a significant contribution to me.
