Came fast, packed good, easy to set up, works good. The bench is comfy. The bend in the press feels natural. No problem on my shoulders. I can focus on my chest with this machine.

I bought a stretching machine, and the rubber handle was cracked. I reached out to Valor, and they sent a replacement in a day or two. I appreciate Valor for fixing the problem. The person who helped me was really good. I sent them the broken part, and they kept me updated through emails and a tracking number. Thanks for your good service.

Engineering Adjustments Needed

The engineering mechanics of the machine are off. As a person of normal stature, I found the arm pad requires modification for correct elbow rotation. Additionally, the gear sprocket and handle connection point need further engineering. It's worth noting that the machine is Chinese-made. Considerations for design improvements are recommended before achieving optimal functionality.
