Great rack, dinged box

Argueably the best value in my garage. Box arrived scuffed, a washer went flying when I opened it, but parts were all there. Once bolted up, it felt rock solid for pull-ups and squats.

Assembly was pretty simple

In two hours I had the rack upright with a buddy. Holes lined up, instructions were basic but fine, and the hardware bags were labeled. Carrier called to schedule delivery, which saved me hassle. Price to performance hits the sweet spot.

My first experience with Titan wasn’t the best

My first experience with Titan wasn’t the best, but I appreciate that they took the time to read my review and call me back. We’ve got things squared away and I was able to order the multi grip cambered bar. I expect to receive the bar in a couple of weeks, so hopefully I can update this once the bar has arrived.

I got the 150, 100, 90, 80

I got the 150, 100, 90, 80 pound slamballs from titan fitness last year. They're of top quality. I use them at least 3 days a week. Inside & outside. This month, I got my first 100lb sandbag from titan fitness. Its quality exceeded my expectations. I use it daily. My aim is to get the rest ASAP!! These products are awesome!!

Wonderful, straightforward purchasing process. Excellent interaction with Titan Fitness from the start to when the items were delivered. Products came in strong packaging. I bought 2 adjustable kettlebells.

This company's customer

This company's customer service is simply terrible. I ordered some equipment in December 2023, and it was supposed to arrive shortly after. However, it was backordered, and I had to keep asking for updates. Each time I inquired, they just told me there would be another delay, without any proactive communication on their end. Eventually, I was told it would be another month before I received my order. I was promised a shipment notification, but it never came. Instead, I got a call from FedEx saying they couldn't deliver because the package was overweight. It seemed like the company expected me to handle the logistics myself. After a lot of back-and-forth emails, they decided to send the package back to them. So, after waiting for three months and prepaying for my order, I'm left with nothing, and they're dragging their feet on refunding my money. Is this even a legitimate business? Absolutely dreadful experience!

Titan Fitness is my go to for gym

Titan Fitness is my go to for gym equipment. Their products are heavy duty, well designed and come with no shipping costs, unlike other online fitness equipment sellers. That’s a big deal considering the freight charges that come with heavy equipment. I’m still looking for one more large piece to finish my home gym and I’m sure I’ll be looking at titan fitness when the time comes!

Man, I gotta give a shoutout to Titan Fitness for an awesome shopping experience! I was a bit hesitant 'cause their stuff doesn't get as much love in reviews like Rep or Rogue, but their Functional Trainer blew me away. Red aluminum pulleys, baby – that's a game-changer. Heard some horror stories about things arriving beat up, but not mine. Came in this fortress of a plywood crate, everything snug as a bug. No scratches, no missing bits. Putting it together was a breeze, thanks to their YouTube guide. Four hours later, and voila – a rock-solid, smooth-gliding beast of a machine. Titan, you've won me over, and I'd hit that buy button again in a heartbeat.

Man, I got a power rack, an adjustable bench, and some cool accessories from these folks. Everything rolled in super fast and in tip-top shape. I've tried gear from the big shots, but Titan's quality is up there – like high-end vibes but without breaking the bank. Pumped to hit my home gym daily now.

Meine Erfahrung mit Titan war leider echt frustrierend. Auf eine Antwort habe ich fast 9 Tage gewartet, und als dann endlich jemand angerufen hat, hieß es, mein Ticket sei immer wieder nach hinten gerutscht, nur weil ich nach einem Update gefragt hatte? Das klang schon ziemlich schräg. Mit dem Support in Indien war die Verständigung auch schwer, weil die Englischkenntnisse oft nicht gereicht haben. Ich bin ewig wegen der Bike-Konsole im Kreis gelaufen. Der Teile-Mensch war dann auch noch ziemlich unfreundlich. Am Ende war die Konsole sogar teurer als bei Rogue Fitness, obwohl die dort bessere Teile haben. Bei mir kommt Titan nicht mehr ins Haus.

Als ich das Titan X3

Als ich das Titan X3 Rack-System bestellte, war ich gespannt, wie es aussehen würde. Der Aufbau war zum Glück ziemlich einfach, und das robuste Design hat mich echt beeindruckt. Der Versand direkt vor die Haustür war natürlich ein netter Bonus. Ich empfehle dringend, die Versandversicherung abzuschließen. Ich hatte das nicht gemacht und meine Sicherheitsgurte fehlten. Als ich den Kundenservice kontaktierte, war ich erstmal skeptisch, ob das mein Problem wird, weil sie immer wieder nach der Versicherung fragten. Doch dann hat sich Dawn vom Kundenservice eingeschaltet und innerhalb von 48 Stunden die Gurte kostenlos nachgeschickt. Ein großes Dankeschön an Titan für das tolle Produkt und an Dawn für den hervorragenden Service.

Rack und Bank online bestellt, Checkout easy. Versandinfo kam zügig, Spediteur terminierte fair. Aufbau mit PDF gut machbar. Eine Schraube fehlte, Support schickte Nachlieferung ohne Stress. Preis-Leistung stark, ich trainiere seitdem motivierter.

Ich war zufrieden mit Stabilität und Finish. Nach dem Aufbau fühlte ich mich sicher beim Training. Für den Kurs stark.

Antwort binnen eines Werktags, sehr höflich. Verstand sofort das Problem mit fehlenden Bolzen. Ersatz prompt verschickt, keine Diskussion. Anliegen sauber gelöst.

Hilfsbereit, aber geduld mitbringen

Support freundlich und lösungsorientiert, aber Rückmeldung dauerte 2 Tage. Fehlende Schrauben wurden nachgesendet, Problem komplett gelöst.

Bestellung einfach, Spedition meldete Termin. Ein Kratzer am Rack, Support schickte zügig Ersatzteil. Montage-Anleitung ok. Für den Kurs sehr gut, Verpackung könnte robuster sein.

Die Hantelbank war fix montiert, fühlt sich solide an. Ich bin richtig zufrieden, weil Preis-Leistung knallt und nichts wackelt.

Schrauben rein, Gewicht drauf, kein Wackeln. Mein Wohnzimmer fühlt sich jetzt wie ein Studio an. Love it.

Die Flachbank fühlt sich massiv an. Ich war sofort zuversichtlich bei schweren Sätzen. Polster fest, nichts knarzt. Genau das, was ich wollte.

Montage einfach, kompatibel

Anleitung mit Schraubenzahlen, passte. J-Cups kompatibel zum 3x3 Zoll Rack, gute Passung. Nur die Schutzkappen saßen straff.
