Man, I gotta give a shoutout to Titan Fitness for an awesome shopping experience! I was a bit hesitant 'cause their stuff doesn't get as much love in reviews like Rep or Rogue, but their Functional Trainer blew me away. Red aluminum pulleys, baby – that's a game-changer. Heard some horror stories about things arriving beat up, but not mine. Came in this fortress of a plywood crate, everything snug as a bug. No scratches, no missing bits. Putting it together was a breeze, thanks to their YouTube guide. Four hours later, and voila – a rock-solid, smooth-gliding beast of a machine. Titan, you've won me over, and I'd hit that buy button again in a heartbeat.

Titan Fitness is my go to for gym

Titan Fitness is my go to for gym equipment. Their products are heavy duty, well designed and come with no shipping costs, unlike other online fitness equipment sellers. That’s a big deal considering the freight charges that come with heavy equipment. I’m still looking for one more large piece to finish my home gym and I’m sure I’ll be looking at titan fitness when the time comes!

I got the 150, 100, 90, 80

I got the 150, 100, 90, 80 pound slamballs from titan fitness last year. They're of top quality. I use them at least 3 days a week. Inside & outside. This month, I got my first 100lb sandbag from titan fitness. Its quality exceeded my expectations. I use it daily. My aim is to get the rest ASAP!! These products are awesome!!

Every experience I’ve had with Titan Fitness has been great! I’ve ordered fitness gear a few times from them, and EVERYTHING has always been just as expected, with great customer service and great quality of the equipment. I highly recommend Titan Fitness.

My first experience with Titan wasn’t the best

My first experience with Titan wasn’t the best, but I appreciate that they took the time to read my review and call me back. We’ve got things squared away and I was able to order the multi grip cambered bar. I expect to receive the bar in a couple of weeks, so hopefully I can update this once the bar has arrived.

Man, I got a power rack, an adjustable bench, and some cool accessories from these folks. Everything rolled in super fast and in tip-top shape. I've tried gear from the big shots, but Titan's quality is up there – like high-end vibes but without breaking the bank. Pumped to hit my home gym daily now.

I got some stuff from Titan Fitness lately and I'm quite pleased. Made a goof on one order and contacted customer service to fix it. They replied quickly and sorted it out. Overall, good experience.

This company's customer

This company's customer service is simply terrible. I ordered some equipment in December 2023, and it was supposed to arrive shortly after. However, it was backordered, and I had to keep asking for updates. Each time I inquired, they just told me there would be another delay, without any proactive communication on their end. Eventually, I was told it would be another month before I received my order. I was promised a shipment notification, but it never came. Instead, I got a call from FedEx saying they couldn't deliver because the package was overweight. It seemed like the company expected me to handle the logistics myself. After a lot of back-and-forth emails, they decided to send the package back to them. So, after waiting for three months and prepaying for my order, I'm left with nothing, and they're dragging their feet on refunding my money. Is this even a legitimate business? Absolutely dreadful experience!
