Yoga by Swati is exactly what I needed. I enjoy how she conducts her classes, she's never in a rush and always flexible. She knows a lot about the poses and pays attention to details during the class. I feel my body stretching well and my mind calms down afterward. I want to keep going to her classes and learn more about yoga. I really suggest her and her classes.

My trainer was Shashi Samarasinghe. Thanks to her, my experience with WowFit was fantastic. I've never been a fan of exercising and found it hard to stick to it, but with Shashi, we did different exercises each time, and her positive energy always made the sessions enjoyable. She helped me push through, and now I'm the strongest I've ever been. Shashi is dedicated to helping you reach your goals and is kind and adaptable during sessions. Thanks a lot. I can do push-ups now, which I couldn't before because of her.

Shashi is a really good trainer. She knows how to plan my training sessions well, making sure I warm up and stretch enough. This helps me stay healthy in the long run. Before, I had a trainer who pushed too hard, and I got hurt. But with Shashi, the sessions are careful and kind. I suggest her to others. Exercising is more fun now.

My weekly sessions with Tanya have been positive, as she demonstrates professionalism and skill. After just three weeks, I'm beginning to observe subtle changes, and overall, I am content with the classes.
