I don't even know where to start. I feel like I could write a story on how happy I am with the Bellicon. My biggest regret is how long I waited to purchase one. I had debated for a couple of years, but worried it wasn't worth the money. I now know it's worth every penny and then some. Previously, I had a used rebounder I got from Craigslist. I had no idea the differences in rebounders until I got my Bellicon. The Bellicon is like jumping on a cloud. The bounce is so smooth, comfortable, and fun. I get giddy every morning before I am about to do a workout. Previously, it seemed like such a chore to rebound. I only mildly enjoyed, and if I used my old rebounder for more than 30 minutes, it hurt my back and feet. I have used my Bellicon every day since purchasing it for 45 minutes plus, and have no soreness at all. I also want to mention the customer service I received from Katie was exceptional. After I placed my order I decided to change the color of my bungees. There was a slight delay in Katie's response, so because of it, she expedited my order. My Bellicon arrived hours before a historic snowfall fell upon us. If she had not done that, most likely I would have to wait another week for it to be delivered. Instead, I am happily jumping in front of the window while looking at all the snow piled up outside. Your hardest decision should not be if you are going to get a Bellicon, because you must, but it should be what color to choose for your bungees and mat ring.

I've owned Bellicon trampolines since around 2016. However, something seems different with the company lately. When I call customer service, no one picks up, and leaving a message doesn't lead to a callback. Submitting an inquiry gets a response after several days, if at all. Recently, my trampoline mat ripped under warranty. I called customer service multiple times, but it always claimed high volume and eventually disconnected. Leaving a message didn't yield any results. Emails to customer service went unanswered. Eventually, I reached someone through Facebook messenger, who was polite and helpful. It was only then that I heard back from customer service. They sent a replacement mat with a new design, but the plastic holding onto the bungees broke within two weeks. Now, I'm trying to get a replacement for the mat that was just replaced. Bellicon used to be a great company, but it seems like they are cutting costs, and both customer service and product quality have suffered.

I'm a big fan of the Bellicon trampoline! It's like the luxury sedan of trampolines, and after using it consistently for three years, I thought it was time to share my thoughts. Opted for the largest one with fold-up legs, and it has been my go-to for cardio, lymphatic system, and core workouts. Much more comfortable for sit-ups and leg lifts compared to doing them on the floor. The bungee cords are showing some wear and tear, but I plan on swapping them out for the sturdier ones. I'd suggest occasionally rotating the cords to ensure even wear and tear, extending their lifespan. Dealing with their customer service was a smooth experience – professional, responsive, and quite helpful. Don't forget to explore their accessories; those trampoline socks are a game-changer!

I purchased their pricey product, expecting a smooth delivery process. However, my anticipation turned into disappointment when the tracking showed it was delivered and signed for in a different county. Despite multiple emails, the customer service response was unhelpful, suggesting I inquire about a mysterious neighbor named Michael or a shop in a shopping center. The issue lies with their delivery company, but the lackluster customer care leaves much to be desired. Despite paying the full price, resolving this problem has been an ongoing struggle.

The abundance of negative feedback raises suspicions about their operational status. It's disappointing, considering my initial interest fueled by positive past reviews. Skepticism prevails, preventing me from risking an online order. Lack of communication and potential unfulfilled transactions cast a shadow over what could have been a promising purchase experience.

After looking into various options, I chose to order directly from Bellicon for a custom rebounder. The product is good and suits my needs. It’s sturdy and my husband put it together. I suggest going for the extra strong option if you need a higher weight limit. I'm 5'4" and 135 lbs, and I use it for jogging daily. My granddaughters (ages 12, 9, 8, and 7) like using it for quick indoor exercises (though not all at once). I also opted for the bigger mat, which is ample space for older users.

The rebounder itself offers good bouncing performance. However, the cover over the bands consistently curls back, creating a potential tripping hazard. When I reached out to the company for a solution, they dismissed the issue as purely cosmetic and suggested that it was my fault, implying I must have been lying on it during exercises. I solely use it upright, and the hazard of stepping off is concerning. This issue is particularly disheartening given the significant cost of the rebounder.

Bellicon USA is good. Ordering process had hiccup, but Katy was helpful. I'm glad I got bellicon. It's helpful for me.
