Love the lumen. I used It for a year and made wunderful progress. The price has become more affordable and I’m back using it again. This little device makes you consider, your movement and eating habits to optimize fat burn. It’s given me so much perspective on weight loss.

Enjoy the Lumen and the videos giving tips. Often I wake up in carb burn zone, but after 20 minutes it drops. The app needs work, you can't add more than one workout type and the food choices are few. Also, to update meals, you have to erase and add the whole meal again.
