Great machine, logistics hiccup

Ordering was simple and the content is excellent. My first delivery window slipped and a handle arrived scuffed. Support answered within a day, shipped a replacement, and two weeks later everything was dialed. Rowing itself is buttery and challenging in the best way.

Customer service has been really good each time I've reached out. I've had my rower for a week now and I really enjoy it. The subscription is a bit expensive but it’s definitely worth it! I was a bit let down that they wouldn't give me the 30 days free since I didn’t get the subscription when I purchased the rower. Overall, I’d recommend it.

Regrettably, my Pro's box was VERY damaged

Regrettably, my Pro's box was VERY damaged when it arrived, not upright as it should be, and had been "stabbed" with a forklift. I had to send it back and wait again for a replacement. Customer Team was helpful but some were hard to understand. The rower wouldn't connect at first but after some resetting, it's been working flawlessly. I wish I could've started rowing a month ago.

The company is real good.

The company is real good. Their machine is strong and easy to learn. Workouts got lotsa variety so even beginners ain't too stressed out. The trainers are just amazing.

I love my machine that I've

I love my machine that I've had for three years. However, I've had to replace six wheels on the seat in those three years. Hydrow will tell you that you have to buy a new seat ($115) every time a wheel breaks because they don't sell the $2 wheel. I found the replacement, and it works. However, a nut on the seat also broke. It's probably a $1 part, but I have not located a match. Again, Hydrow says I need to buy a new seat. They can't sell a washer/nut. Meanwhile, faucet companies will mail a missing set screw, no problem. So, beware that small replacement parts are neither offered nor identified by Hydrow, and they will break, which will cost you big time.

Unfortunately, the Hydrow machine I received was in a less than desirable condition – it was dirty, and I noticed minor imperfections, including broken pieces.

So far, everything is going well, and we all love it. The short rows make it particularly manageable, even for those with busy schedules. The rowing experience is very smooth, and the instructions provided are excellent.

Hydrow has been a game-changer for me. I've incorporated it into my daily routine, and I can't get enough of the workouts. The trainers are fantastic, and they make those 20, 30, or 60-minute rowing sessions fly by. I was never into rowing until now, primarily because I needed a low-impact alternative to save my joints. This has turned out to be the most comprehensive full-body workout I've ever experienced. I'm extremely satisfied with my Hydrow rower, and it's made a significant difference in my fitness journey.
