The facilities are nice
The facilities are nice, I usually feel relaxed working out here but I gave one star less because the women’s changing room is downstairs, right by the mixed gym so I have to change and walk past men showing my gym clothes which is not ideal. The changing area should be moved upstairs next to the ladies only gym area.

Visited from the U.S. last week and wanted to do some training. Tried JD’s in Sunderland and really liked it. Gym is clean and staff are polite. Enjoyed the vibe. Great job!
