I bought the ProForm C22

I bought the ProForm C22 bike on Oct 19th. Set it up, and the resistance would not change. The bike has not worked out of the box. We have the same bike bought 2 years prior, and now the flywheel wobbles. So, I Googled problems that I could troubleshoot. Checked all the connectors for loose pins, bent pins, and they were all good. I took the new console and hooked it up to the old bike, and it worked. So that means it was either the harness or the motor. I used the app to open a warranty ticket with all this information. I received a response a week later, and after 2 weeks of back and forth, asking for pictures and video and asking for my name and address multiple times. For 2 weeks, all that was covered was everything I had put in my warranty ticket and warranty registration. They have different people answering the responses from the email chain, but no one looks back to see what was covered. It took everything I had not to go mental. I finally called, and they got a guy to come out 4 days later. Sure enough, it was the harness. The tech guy requests the parts, and then I have to take pictures of the connectors hooked up and disconnected? This is after they sent someone. 5 days later, they sent only the motor...seriously! It's now Nov 23rd, and I have no idea when the part is coming. I called the tech, and he said he has left a few messages and waiting to hear back. This is absolutely the worst-ran customer service I have ever dealt with or heard of. It is almost comical how there is no sense of caring about customers. It is now over 6 weeks on a major purchase that I cannot use and lost time on my warranty.

I bought the Pro2000 treadmill in August 2023, and by September 2023, the platform board had broken, literally cracking the full length of the treadmill. I contacted customer service immediately, and by November 14, 2023, after numerous calls and emails, the most we've heard is that they are waiting for the part to come. Almost 12 weeks of waiting, and we are no longer willing to wait. We are demanding a full refund as the product is not fit for purpose. To be completely honest, PROFORM FITNESS AS A COMPANY IS AN UTTER DISGRACE. After looking at their appalling reviews online in numerous places, I regret not spending my 2k wisely on a better brand with actual customer service that cares about their products and brand. It seems I'm not alone in this sentiment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. Despite extensive research, it seems it wasn't enough. My excitement turned into complete disappointment. The equipment requires assembly by two individuals, and after hiring three recommended handymen and spending $200, it's still not assembled. Upon contacting customer support, I was informed it could take up to two weeks, and there's a $180 assembly fee for one of their technicians. This is on top of the $2500 already spent on the equipment and ongoing app subscription. When I requested a return, I was shocked to find out it would cost over $500 just to send it back. I deeply regret not checking reviews earlier. Previous reviews were accurate, and this has turned into a costly lesson. All I wanted was to improve my health.

Dealing with service issues on their equipment has been a frustrating experience. It took a considerable amount of time, around 3 weeks to a month, just to get a service call scheduled, and their customer service added more delays, eating up another week or two. To make matters worse, the same problem, specifically a recurring issue with a belt, keeps happening. This ongoing cycle of problems and delays has been a significant source of frustration and inconvenience.

If you're looking for a good treadmill

If you're looking for a good treadmill that's not too pricey, avoid ProForm or NordicTrack. Try Horizon Fitness instead. I got a treadmill from ProForm, but it came with missing parts and all the screws were mixed up. I sent it back and now have to pay a big fee. I got one from Horizon Fitness and it was all good. Just a heads up for anyone looking for a treadmill!

Purchasing a 4-year warranty proved challenging as obtaining assistance became an ongoing struggle. The constant refrain to consult the instructions during every interaction yielded no meaningful support. Regrettably, my decision to invest in their services has left me feeling dissatisfied and questioning the value of my expenditure.

Sftware update bricked the tablet control. They refuse to replace or send out technician. Won’t pick up where delivered. Have to disassemble machine to replace. But will only pick up 4 pieces. Hours on phone. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

I bought a Proform Hitt H10 in January 2024, and now it's making strange noises. I requested service weeks ago, but I've been getting the run around. Avoid their products. Their customer service is terrible!
